Welcome to our peaceful two-bedroom home, situated at the base of Leckhampton Hill within a private development. Conveniently located near central Cheltenham and Gloucester City, our home features a modern shower room, a well-appointed kitchen, and a comfortable lounge-diner. Additional amenities include allocated off-road parking and an enclosed garden.
Welcome to our cosy and peaceful 2-bedroom home, nestled in a provate development of house at the base of Leckhampton Hill and close to Cheltenham and Gloucester. We are privileged to be looking after this home while the owners are away, and whether you are here on business or leisure, we think this home will make an ideal base for a tranquil short stay.
The property is laid out as follows: Downstairs has an entrance porch and hallway with WC that leads to a comfy lounge with a sofa and armchairs, and TV, and dining table for 4. Sliding doors from the lounge provide access to a well maintained patio garden with dining table for 4 and pleasant views up the hill from the front. Also downstairs is fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher, oven and hob and a fridge freezer too.
Upstairs, the main bedroom includes a King-sized bed, dressing table and plenty of clothes storage. Bedroom 2 is fully furnished too with a comfy double bed. Upstairs also has a modern family shower room and a desk on the landing to offer a dedicated space to study.
Outside, there is one allocated parking space.
Our home comes with a range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a dishwasher, a washing machine, central heating, complimentary tea and coffee, and fresh linens and towels.
Located in the heart of Leckhampton, our home is in a modern residential neighbourhood and just a short drive away from the Regency town centre of Cheltenham, famous for its stunning architecture, cultural festivals, dining, and shopping. Historic Gloucester city is also close by. We are also pet friendly hosts but do charge £10 per pet per night in addition to the advertised price for your furry friends.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private garden where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Our home is located on the edge of Cheltenham which is known for its Regency architecture, and highlights include the Montpellier District in the southern part of the town centre boasting graceful Regency townhouses, the famous Imperial Gardens, home to many of Cheltenham's Festival's, unique shops and wine bars. The Promenade is a popular shopping street featuring rows of Regency houses, cafes, and independent retailers. Stroll along the tree-lined avenue, shaded by horse chestnut and lime trees, and admire the Neptune Fountain inspired by Rome's Trevi Fountain.
If you're looking for something greener, The Promenade has Imperial Gardens too and there's Pittville Park on Cheltenham's North side of town: created in the early 19th century, Pittville Park offers scenic landscapes, lakes, and the grand Pittville Pump Room.
