Located 2 minutes walk from the centre of Baths main shops and restaurants, it's the perfect place to stay.

The apartment is on the second floor of a Grade II listed Georgian terraced house.

Private off- street private parking space on the premises in the centre of town until 3pm of day of check out.



We are also steps away from beautiful Hedgemead Park, if you are travelling with children who might need to run about outside and play on the swings.

Inside there is a large bedroom with king size bed. The living room is very light and comfortable and has magnificent views over Bath, both are very quiet.

There are 2 single fold away beds should you need to sleep another 2 people in the living room. These are on request.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there will be instant coffee and tea, sugar, milk sachets and olive oil provided.

The Bathroom is light and airy and has a huge walk in shower.

Parking is in a private car park on site.

Please note that there is only space for 1 car. Please do not try to park one car behind the other as this will block others in and you may be clamped!

You may vacate this parking space by 3pm at the latest on the day of departure. (check out of apartment at 11:00am) this gives you a little bit more time to have lunch etc whilst still retaining that all important Bath parking space! New guests arrive at 3pm and will need to park!

Access to the flat is via a Lock Box at the entrance. You will be given a code to access the keys and let yourselves in. Please leave the keys back in the lock box when you go.

We are nearby should you have any problems

The Circus, Royal Crescent and the fabulous shops and restaurants are all on your door step. The Roman Baths are a 5 minutes walk. Excellent breakfasts at Boston Tea Party on Alfred Street, both minutes walk from the front door.

Just park your car in our private car park and walk into town! It's just 3 mins walk to the main shopping street and the Royal Crescent and Circus.

If you need to park before the check in time there are metres outside the apartment or Charlotte st car park is a short walk away and has good long stay prices.

The extra bed is charged at £25 each stay IF it's only 2 people and you are not sharing the kingsize bed.
