Spacious one bed house with parking - Pass the Keys
This charming house provides an ideal base during your visit to Bath. Walk down into the city centre along the artisan area of Walcot St, to reach all the celebrated cultural and sporting attractions, as well as shopping, bars & restaurants. Either catch a bus back or walk via Camden Crescent and marvel at the Georgian architecture and stunning views. Rural regions are also close by, where you'll find fabulous walks to enjoy, making this the perfect location to explore the best of both worlds.
The beautifully presented interior oozes character and vintage charm. This is actually a three bed house (two bedrooms are locked for owner use) therefore the downstairs living area is very spacious with a comfortable sitting room (with sofa bed), a large dining space and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs you'll find a stylish large bedroom with a new super-king bed and a fabulous view. The bathroom will also impress, with modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing bath or shower.
There is free parking on the surrounding street anywhere back (up the hill) from Eastbourne Avenue, you will most likely find spaces on Croft road, which is directly opposite the property
There is a garden, but it is not guest ready yet - so is not accessible at present, and not as an amenity on the listing
There is also a wood burner in the living room, however this is NOT useable
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
