The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking and shared meals, with the dining area opening directly onto a private stone courtyard. This sheltered outdoor space is ideal for relaxed breakfasts or evening drinks, offering peace and privacy despite the central location.

The cottage sleeps six across three comfortable bedrooms, arranged as two king rooms and one double, each styled with comfort and simplicity in mind. The bathroom is finished with contemporary fittings and a walk-in shower.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage, including the private courtyard.

The cottage is set up for relaxed, independent stays, with self check-in so you can arrive at a time that suits you. Free on-street parking is available opposite the cottage, making arrival easy.

A small number of storage areas may be locked, but all living spaces are available for guest use throughout your stay.

While we won’t be on site, we’re always available if needed. Guests have access to a 24-hour concierge service throughout their stay, whether it’s help with the property, local recommendations, or arranging experiences and services in the area.

Out of respect for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the house. Please dispose of any cigarette butts properly.

We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged friend! Just a gentle reminder to bag up any waste and place in the outside black bin.

Please don`t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

For everyone`s safety, please don`t use open flames, including candles or incense.

Please note, the property is for registered guests only.

Please keep your keys safe. Lost keys will incur a £50 replacement fee.

Accidents happen - please just let us know. Any damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the security deposit.

We ask that furniture is not moved or rearranged during your stay.

Please wash up any used dishes before checking out.

And lastly, please pop your rubbish in the appropriate bins (located outside) before you leave.
