Housed in a former bank built in 1897 following a £1m renovation, the property offers two elegant first-floor suites. Guests frequently praise the unbeatable location, making exploring and unwinding effortless.
Each spacious suite is beautifully decorated and impeccably finished, featuring gas-fired log fires, underfloor heating, air-conditioning, roll-top baths, walk-in showers, luxury toiletries and thoughtful touches throughout. The Terrace Suite offers a private outdoor space.
A gated parking space nearby is included, a rare bonus in St Ives, and the railway station is just a short walk away, offering one of the UK’s most scenic coastal journeys. Perfectly positioned in the town centre, Host’s stylish suites blend contemporary design with relaxed coastal charm, just moments from the Tate, harbour, golden beaches, galleries, boutiques and St Ives’ outstanding dining scene.
Housed in the former Devon & Cornwall Bank, built in 1897 and meticulously transformed following a £1m renovation, the property now offers two elegant first-floor suites, with an exceptional cocktail bar and restaurant below. We are in talks with a number of local experienced operators and hoping to re-open the well-established and much loved venue early in 2026.
Guests can enjoy a gated underground parking space nearby, included (a rare luxury in St Ives) and the railway station is just a short stroll away, with the famously scenic coastal line between St Ives and St Erth, connecting to the wider rail network.
