Just a few minutes from the splendid beaches of Torre Vado-Pescoluse, we find a beautiful modern villa with several independent units inside and a lovely pool area for exclusive use.
Externally, the villa features an ornamental garden meticulously cared for in every detail, with a small bio-pool and an outdoor dining area.
Inside the villa, there are two comfortable ground-floor accommodations, a top-floor attic unit, and an independent double bedroom.
From the garden, you can admire a fascinating sea view with the backdrop of the captivating "Maldives of Salento beach."

The accommodations are composed as follows: Two ground-floor units, each equipped with a kitchen with a dishwasher and induction hob, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one queen size room and a double french bedroom), two full bathrooms, and a private veranda furnished with an outdoor seating area. These two units also include 3 additional camp beds for children/teenagers. A third unit located on the second floor with a large and private terrace offering a breathtaking sea view. This is an open-plan, air-conditioned unit of approximately 40 sqm, equipped with a furnished kitchen, a double bed, a full bathroom, and a sofa bed ideal only for children. Externally, there is a large, furnished veranda with a seating area. An air-conditioned double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for an additional couple.The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sqm garden with dry-stone walls and succulent plants, making the enchanting outdoor space unique and offering a splendid sea view.
The Villa is located less than 1 km from the first sea access point and less than 3 km from the most beautiful sandy beaches in Salento.

THINGS TO KNOW: DISCOUNT APPLIED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS except during the High Season. In the case of a discounted booking, the property reserves the right to close off rooms that will not be used, according to the number of people. In this case, the guest can choose how to divide themselves within the property based on which units/rooms they want. Inside the villa, on the first floor, the owners also reside. Anyway all outdoor areas are available just for guests. They are kind and gracious people who are happy to offer you various extra services like Home Restaurant. Please note that the pool will not be available off-season from October 30th to June 9th. Possible optional additional costs to be paid on-site:
* Towels/bed linen on request, cost EUR 16 per person per week, payable upon arrival.
* Tourist tax to be paid on-site. *Security deposit to be paid upon arrival in cash €1000, will be returned in the absence of damage.
Arrival between 10:00 and 10:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
