Nestled in the ancient village of Gagliano del Capo, there is a historic residence dating back to the late 18th century—an exclusive noble palace with a courtyard named "L'Altra Metà," which has belonged to the same family for three generations.

The property can comfortably accommodate 12 people in its beautiful 6 bedrooms, all spacious, bright, with typical star-vaulted ceilings and each with a private en-suite bathroom.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, a characteristic kitchen, a large living room with TV and sofas, and a lovely dining room.
On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms: one is a two-room suite that can accommodate a couple with children, featuring two single beds in the connecting room; another has a romantic balcony with views of the countryside and sunset.
A sixth bedroom—created within an old granary—is located on the stairs leading from the kitchen to the first floor and the terrace.

The palace is located in the historic center of Arigliano, a wonderful and characteristic hamlet, part of the town of Gagliano del Capo. On foot, you can reach essential services such as supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, and some shops. The town center, with all remaining services, is less than a kilometer away.
Furthermore, Gagliano del Capo is very lively, with restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, and various events organized by the municipality to brighten summer evenings.
Numerous coastal locations to visit include: Santa Maria di Leuca, about 5 km away, with its early 1900s villas and new tourist port; "Ciolo," about 3 km away, a fascinating cove for swimming or dining overlooking the sea (also reachable on foot from Gagliano's center via a very charming natural path); and “Pescoluse,” about 10 km away, with its beautiful sandy beaches, either free or equipped with beach facilities.
