Welcome to Marianthi’s Maisonette, a charming 70 sqm three-storey home, perfect for families, couples, or small groups of friends. This inviting maisonette offers privacy and comfort while being conveniently close to beaches and local attractions.

The ground floor features a cozy living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC, and a lovely terrace with flower beds, a table, and chairs, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, balcony with a view, bathroom, TV, open wardrobe, and mirrors. The second floor offers a second bedroom with a double bed, balcony, mini fridge, WC, TV, and open wardrobe.

Each floor has its own balcony with a table and chairs. The maisonette is equipped with air conditioning on every floor, fast 100 Mbps internet, and solar panels. Street parking is available right in front of the property.
