Downstairs, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for an extra guest or lounging after a day out. The open dining area provides a great space for shared meals and connects directly to the decked terrace, where you can unwind in the private hot tub while enjoying peaceful views over the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor and opens onto the same decked area, making it easy to cook, dine, and socialise. It includes all essential cooking amenities along with a convenient laundry area and an adjacent WC.

Upstairs are three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and its own large private balcony overlooking the garden — an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
