Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, elegant, bright and spacious. Equipped with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities to enjoy a magnificent stay. You will be in Campo de Ourique and close to Principe Real, one of the most beautiful, familiar and convenient areas of Lisbon, with its many stores, cafes and restaurants everywhere. The Rato subway is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment, making it easy and carefree to get around the city center.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with desk and balcony and the other with air conditioning and walking closet.

ïż« The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
ïż« Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
ïż« During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
ïż« The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

ïż« Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
ïż« Based on our guests' consumption history, we calculate that 6 kWh per day of electricity consumption is sufficient to respect the environment and enjoy maximum comfort in all seasons. Therefore, 6 kWh per day are included in the price. Any consumption above this will be charged at the market price (âŹ0.25/kWh) at the end of the stay via Airbnb as an extra payment.
