Bright and comfortable one-bedroom house in leafy Westhill Park, moments from Hampstead Heath. Stylishly furnished with an open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, modern walk-in shower, fast Wi-Fi and smart TV. Ideal for couples, small families or business travellers looking for a calm North London base with easy access to the city.
Welcome to our bright and well-presented one-bedroom house, located on a quiet private estate in Westhill Park, N6. The house offers a peaceful setting while remaining well connected to central London.
The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light and includes a comfortable sofa, dining table seating four, smart TV, and a dedicated desk space suitable for working.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
Oven and gas hob
Fridge
Microwave, kettle and toaster
Dishwasher
Cookware, crockery and utensils
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with quality linens and storage. A Loaf day bed in the living area can be used if required.
The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, fresh towels, and a hairdryer stored in the bedroom wardrobe.
Additional features include:
Wi-Fi
Iron and ironing board
Shared garden access
Free parking on the private estate available on request
Self check-in via keypad
Please note there is no washing machine. Pets are not permitted. Guests are kindly asked to respect neighbours as this is a quiet residential area.
For security, there are external cameras at the front door and at the rear of the property overlooking the garage. There are no cameras inside the house.
Longer stays and additional cleaning can be arranged on request.

Nearby Highgate and Hampstead villages are home to independent shops, cafés, traditional pubs, and bakeries, all with a strong local character.
Kenwood House
Located within the Heath, this historic house and grounds offer a peaceful cultural visit with regular exhibitions and a café overlooking the gardens.
Getting Around
Excellent bus and overground connections nearby make travelling into central London straightforward. Full transport details are provided in the house manual.
Local Amenities
A short walk brings you to a supermarket, cafés, and everyday essentials, making the house ideal for both short and longer stays.
This is a great base for guests who want green space, calm surroundings, and easy access to the best of North London and the city beyond.
Guests have access to the whole property.
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.

The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
