Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in the heart of the village of Malcontenta, where you can enjoy a walk along the banks of the Naviglio Brenta in an authentic and rejuvenating setting among moored boats.
The Property
The apartment, located on the first floor, is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests in a bright, modern space that has been very recently renovated. It is perfect for those seeking comfort, cleanliness, and convenience just minutes from Venice.
Sleeping Area
The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms, one of which is completely independent. Both rooms feature a king-size double bed, bed linens and blankets, and a smart TV in each roomâideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Kitchen & Living Area
The large kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, as well as a set of pots, utensils, tableware, and a welcome kit including coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper. The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 people.
In the living room, there is a comfortable queen-size sofa bed and a Smart TV.
