One of the last original beach houses on Sandbanks, The Breakers has been lovingly restored to honour its heritage while embracing modern comfort. From the upper levels, panoramic sea views stretch from the Isle of Wight to the Isle of Purbeck - ever-changing and completely captivating.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge create a warm, sociable heart to the home. Patio doors lead out to a generous ground-floor patio - the perfect setting for long alfresco lunches and relaxed family suppers before wandering down the garden path to the beach.
The garden flows directly to the sand, making beach days wonderfully easy.
Upstairs, a newly built private terrace sits off one of the bedrooms. With elevated sea views and space to lounge, itâs an ideal spot for morning coffee, quiet reading or sunset drinks while taking in the scenery.
After windswept walks along the shoreline, return for cosy evenings indoors - this is a home designed for every season.

With five flexible bedrooms, the layout suits extended families and multi-generational stays:
