Located on a 2nd floor in a building without elevator in the heart of Cascais, this apartment is fully recovered and decorated with great style and comfort.

The room has a lot of light and is decorated with great affection. It features a table for 7 people, and a seating area with a sofa and lounges and an TV.

The kitchen is large and cheerful, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals.

The hall gives access to two bedrooms. One of the rooms has a bunk bed for 3 people, ideal for adults or children. The other room has a double bed, and a small balcony. There is a full bathroom with a shower that serves the rooms. Wi-FI internet throughout the house.

This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty.

It is located in the center of Cascais, a 1-minute walk from its local shops, outdoor restaurants, pastries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, the Marina and Naval Club of Cascais.

It is also very close, 15 minutes by car, to one of the best beaches in the area, guincho beach, known internationally for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently paddle surfing.

It is also about a 15-minute drive from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by green pine trees.

For lovers of the equestrian arts, the equestrian centre at Quinta da Marinha is also available, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle.

Within a 5 km radius you will find the Estoril Congress Centre, The Estoril Casino and the Estoril Racetrack.

Lisbon is only 40 minutes away by car or public transport.



NOTE: a security deposit of 200€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.

Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.

Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.

Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
