Villa Nobilea is a welcoming three-story property within a medieval castle surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Nobilea you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. Villa Nobilea is 320 square meters (3450 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Selvazzano Dentro, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards), a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the bus stop at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles).
You will reach Villa Nobilea from the parking area going down approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Nobilea you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The property brings together two separate castle apartments, which can be interconnected to form one generous residence. This flexible layout allows guests to enjoy both intimate escapes and spacious group stays, all set within the atmospheric walls of a historic castle enhanced with modern comforts.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 15 meters (50 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, up to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by an awning. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with guests staying at 4 other apartments, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The first kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. It is in a rustic style, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden, climbing three steps.

You will be able to enter the first living room through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is made of wood and has white exposed beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa, two armchairs and a wood bench. The room has two windows.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

The room also has two small windows.
