The apartment is located on a large 5,000 sqm estate that includes two other homes, each with its own private indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a calm and uncrowded atmosphere.

The only shared areas on the property are:

the driveway / parking area

the children’s playground

the multi-sports pitch

The swimming pool is for private use; however, for 2–3 days at the beginning and end of August, it may be shared with the owners. During this time, pool heating is provided complimentary (for the full week if staying longer).
