- Villa TATJANA SOL - with a private pool,hot tub, gym, game room, private parking, A/C system in each room and more offers a truly unique and comfortable stay. Located in Ražanj (Rogoznica) just few meters away from the sea. Ideal choice for families, couples, retreats or high-end work trips.

Our villa was previously listed by a local agency, where it received excellent reviews - visible in the photo gallery at the end. It is now hosted directly by us, hence the new listing.

The space
One of the more compact villas you will be able to visit in Croatia, complemented with terraces and patio with a stunning sea view where you can dine, drink and enjoy the sunsets.

Villa TATJANA SOL (350m2 + 400m2) consists of 3 floors total.

Ground floor: Living room, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 5 bathrooms,
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,
2nd floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

Living room and each bedroom has a A/C system. There is a fireplace / BBQ, multiple dining areas, high-speed WI-FI, private gym with weights, billiards table, table tennis, and darts. There is a baby cot and a high chair as well if you need it.

Guest access
This luxurious villa is rented only as a complete unit so your group / family will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of the villa. Everything shown on photos is available only for you.

We are pet-friendly. Feel free to bring your furry friend with you! There is free parking on the premises for 4 cars: 3 private outdoor parking spots and 1 garage parking spot. The sea is only few meters away from the villa. There is our own buoy where you can moor your boat (15 meters max.) if needed. Restaurants, bars and shops just few minutes away.

Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) should be on Saturdays in July and August. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!

Other things to note
Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise), so that applies to villas as well.

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, a 50% refund applies, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

Due to bad past experience, large groups that are under 23 years old are not accepted. This holiday home is more suited for families, couples, business trips.

The price shown on calendar is Villa TATJANA SOL's nightly rate + platform's service fee (%).

For 14 night long reservation, a discount is applied.
