I was allowed to check in about 20 minutes early and am appreciative of that. However, when I checked in I realized there was no dryer machine, which was on the listing. I am not opposed to hanging clothing, but it felt like an inaccurate description. The washer machine was dirty and actually had socks from previous guests in the machine. You are also required to provide your own soap.The apartment is BEAUTIFUL, but not clean. I would notice that dust bunnies formed under my slippers because of the lack of cleanliness. Behind the bed was a lot of accumulated dust as well, and it actually made me sick (cough, upper respiratory issues). There was the issue of the lamps in the bedroom which were not compatible with the outlets. When I inquired about getting a lamp I could actually use I was told that I’d need to go purchase an adapter for them. One night the balcony door locked behind me. It took me contacting five individuals, host included, multiple times, to get any kind of assistance. The actual urgent need contact numbers proved ineffective. No follow up from the host regarding this either.Lastly, I didn’t get any mixed trash bags. I was told some would be delivered and that never happened.
