Trapezaki Bay Cottage with Private Pool

Trapezaki Bay Cottage is a fabulous small house is ideal for a couple or couple and small child. It has been constructed and finished to the highest standards. Situated on the hillside above Trapezaki Bay in a quiet access only track. A mini market and several tavernas are within a few minutes walk.



Trapezaki Bay is based in a great location not far from the beach. This villa is placed on a plot adjacent to  Trapezaki Queen - a villa that sleeps up to 6 guests. These villas neighbour one another with a distance of approximately 20 meters but remain private from one another as they are separated by lawns and hedges. Also, they do not face each other. Both of the Trapezaki villas could be enjoyed together by a party of 8 due to their close proximity, but they are separate properties.

Trapezaki Bay Cottage exterior:

Open sea views can be enjoyed from the pool area and terraces. A garden with grassed area and fragrant flowers surrounds the patio. The Cottage has its own private parking area (off street) and a ramp leads down to the front door – in fact the interior including the bathroom have been adapted to be wheelchair friendly.



The terrace offers comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor dining table and chairs in the shade as well as a comfortable sitting area and simple barbecue.

Trapezaki Bay Cottage interior:

Very attractive open plan sitting room and dining area with patio doors out to the main terrace offers comfortable seating. The beautifully fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Leading off this area is a door leading to the bedroom suite. A large bedroom with large double bed and plenty of fitted wardrobes, again leads out to the sea facing terrace. The en suite shower room features an enclosed shower cubicle,  It has a “roll in wet room shower” which can be used by wheelchair users. The bathroom is large enough to move around inside and the doors are extra wide. However nothing has been detracted from the quality of the fittings to provide this facility. (The bedroom is large enough to take a travel cot if needed).



As houses of this standard for just 2 people are very hard to find. We feel sure that Trapezaki Bay Cottage will be very popular so early reservations are recommended! Also for a couple travelling with family or friends but with their own privacy, it is ideal to rent the cottage together with Trapezaki Queen Villa which is situated on an adjacent plot, but totally separate from the Cottage.

Location:

Nearest mini market and tavernas, 300 metres (nearest taverna just 100 metres from villa)



There is a local bus service provided in the summer that passes within 80 metres of the Cottage. This takes guests down to the beach as well as along to Lourdas Village centre and down to Lourdas Beach (and up to the main road if they wish to get the bus from there into Argostoli or to Skala)



Although car hire is recommended if you wish to explore Kefalonia it is not essential for a stay at this villa.



This villa is approx. 20 minutes from the airport.

A ramp leads down to the front door and the interior including the bathroom have been adapted to be wheelchair friendly. The en suite shower room features an enclosed shower cubicle. It also has a “roll in wet room shower” which can be used by wheelchair users.
