VILLA ALICIA - SPACIOUS VILLA WITH POOL AND COMFORTABLE INTERIOR & FOUR BEDROOMS

Villa Alicia is a large and private villa, located just outside the resort’s center and all the restaurants and cafes and only a short 10-minute walk to the beach. While this is a newer listing on VRBO, the property has already hosted many happy guests and received wonderful feedback over the years.
There are four good sized bedrooms, three bathrooms with a large kitchen and separate open plan lounge and dining room, leading onto a pretty terrace, swimming pool and shaded dining space with built-in BBQ - perfect for alfresco dining and morning Mediterranean breakfasts. Surrounded by tropical plants and bougainvillea, the villa offers plenty of privacy for spending a wonderful holiday.

Swimming Pool:
Villa Alicia’s swimming pool is found on the same level as the living areas of this gorgeous villa. It is a great size with beautiful planting surround the back of the property. You can even see the sea in the distance from the terrace. There is space for lounging and alfresco dining.


Inside the Villa:

This villa is Non-Smoking inside. The lounge area spills out onto the terrace and swimming pool level, which also communicates well with the outdoor BBQ space and separate kitchen with back door access. There is a smart TV with international channels available to use. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need for a self-catering holiday, along with a dishwasher to help clean up afterwards.

Siesta Time:

There are four bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms with a king bed (150cm), the master has an en-suite shower room and there is a second King bed with en-suite. There are two further rooms with twin beds and a third bathroom. The external shutters create a dark space for afternoon naps, with air conditioning to cool. All linen, shower towels and beach towels are provided upon arrival. The bed mattresses are new in 2023 and extremely comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space for keeping the bedrooms tidy.


When you arrive:

Villa Alicia is positioned down one of the main (one way) roads into the village, although the property is set well back from the road and is private and gated, so it doesn’t feel ‘busy’. You are able to park on the roadside, outside the villa which usually always has space.

Villa Location and Features:

All the amenities (such as bars, restaurants, children’s play areas, cafes, etc) of this popular resort are an easy 10-minute walk, including pedestrian access to the resort’s beach. The airport is a quick 15-minute car journey away, along with the beautiful and historic capital, Mahon. Also, within Cala en Porter is the famous Cova d’en Xoroi, where you can enjoy sunset cocktails a cold beer or dance the night away in its famous nightclub. The villa is unique, with a fresh interior. It comes fully equipped, as well as air conditioning in all the bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in the lounge.

Want to venture into Mahon or Alaior? There is a daily bus service which runs every hour (apart from siesta time). We do advise hiring a car if you wish to explore the island in more detail. Cala’n Porter is located on the South Coast of Menorca, benefiting from a beautiful white sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise waters in a picture postcard cove to the south and a luscious green valley to the north. An area which is great for water sports or enjoying the beach in the day, and in the evening enjoying a stroll out to the abundance of bars and restaurants in the heart of the commercial center. The airport is a 10 mins drive away, the nearest towns are Sant Clemente, Mahon and Alaior, and the nearest alternative beaches / resorts are Son Bou, Santo Tomas, Cala Canutells, Binidali, Es Calo Blanc, Binisafua, Binibequer and Punta Prima on the south coast, Son Parc, Arenal d’en Castell, Macaret, Es Grau and Cala Mesquida on the north coast.
