Welcome to your exceptional Mayfair home on distinguished Maddox Street. This refined two-level duplex apartment spans the 4th and 5th floors of a secure buildingâplease note, there is no lift. Access is exclusively by stairs. We provide a face-to-face check-in: we personally welcome you, assist with luggage, hand over keys, and give you a full orientation of the apartment. Because of the stairs, the property is best suited for guests comfortable walking multiple flights regularly, and we assist with luggage at both arrival and departure.
On the 4th floor (up seven steps from the entrance on the 3rd floor), the main living area offers a bright and spacious lounge with a large sofa that seats several guests and can sleep one person. A smart TV provides streaming entertainment, and the open-plan layout creates an inviting space for socializing and relaxing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, cookware, and tableware, including a Smeg toaster and Smeg kettle. The adjacent dining table seats up to eight guests comfortablyâideal for shared meals, meetings, or remote work.
The 5th floor includes all three bedrooms and two sleek bathrooms. The master bedroom features a UK king-size bed (150 cm Ă 200 cm) with a private en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each include a UK double-size bed (135 cm Ă 190 cm) and share a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower. Every room is designed for comfort, offering quality bedding, wardrobe space, and soft lighting for restful sleep.
The apartment accommodates up to eight guests. The standard nightly rate covers up to six people. For a 7th and/or 8th guest, an additional charge of ÂŁ100 per person, per night applies. Sleeping arrangements beyond six: the 7th guest may use the large sofa in the lounge; for the 8th guest, we can set up a single Jay-Be fold-out bed (for reference, you may view Jay-Be beds on Google or Amazon). It is essential that the exact number of guests is confirmed before arrival so we can prepare the correct amount of linen and towels and register all guests with our team who monitors CCTV for building security and smooth check-in and stay.
