Renovated 3-bedroom apartment located in a remarkable and cosmopolitan area, just a few steps from MarquĂȘs de Pombal Square, Eduardo VII Park and Avenida da Liberdade - the most expensive avenue in Lisbon. You'll have all the comforts you need in one of the city's top and most privileged locations, also having easy access to public transportation, as well as cafes (Manifest, one of Lisbon's most trendy cafes is just next door!), restaurants, co-working spaces and luxury stores.

The apartment is renovated and is located on the second floor of the building (elevator unavailable).
ïż« Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and balcony. Two are equipped with 2 single beds (each) and one has a double bed.

The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and a toilet.
ïż« Living Room
The living room has, a comfortable sofa, an ideal desk for home office, a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

ïż« Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
ïż« During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
ïż« The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
ïż« Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
ïż« For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding âŹ150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
