The building is located next to Rua da Bica, renowned for its lively nightlife, and close to one of Lisbon's most picturesque viewpoints, the Santa Catarina Viewpoint, with breathtaking views of the Tagus River and the 25 de Abril Bridge.
Most of Lisbon's top attractions, historic sites, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, as well as various modes of public transportation for your convenience.
Welcome to your Lisbon crash pad, tucked into the soul of the city â Bica. From lively nights out to lazy mornings with a view, this apartment is all about location, character, and the kind of energy you only find in Lisbonâs most iconic hillside neighborhood.
This two-bedroom apartment sits on the second floor of a traditional Lisbon building, full of history and typical charm. Thereâs no elevator, so be ready for a few stairs â both in the building and outside.
Itâs located on a narrow, no-exit pedestrian lane, right in the middle of one of Bicaâs famous staircases. Cars canât reach the front door, and the nearest drop-off point is about 100 meters away.

ïż« Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
ïż« The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
ïż« Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25⏠for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
ïż« We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
ïż« Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
ïż« During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. ïż« The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

ïż« Please be aware that Bica is a very busy area and there are bars close to the apartment. Some noise can be expected, especially on weekend nights.
ïż« Due to the fact that Lisbon is an old and historic city close to the Tagus River, plumbing odors can be expected in older buildings. This circumstance is beyond our control and rarely happens, but it is a possibility when the river tide changes.
ïż« For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding âŹ150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
