Lisbon Stay at Santo Antonio Flat

The apartment is fully equipped and offers all the comfort in one of the best and most central locations in Lisbon. Located just a few steps from Praça Marquês de Pombal, the property has easy access to public transportation, including metro and bus, which take you to any point in the city in the blink of an eye.

￫ Building
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator. It is situated in one of the most important and bustling areas of Lisbon, but on a quiet and peaceful street, ideal for couples or small families looking for tranquility in a noble area of the city.

￫ Bedroom
The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, filled with sunlight, a spacious wardrobe, and a private balcony.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower. Please note that the bathroom is interior, without windows; we recommend keeping the door open whenever possible and ventilating the space frequently during your stay to prevent humidity buildup and potential odors.

￫ Living Room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed prepared to accommodate two additional guests, and a dining table. It has plenty of natural light and access to a private and quiet balcony.

￫ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine (coffee not included).

Hot water is provided by a water heater, so we recommend managing the length of showers to ensure hot water is available for everyone. The unit needs some time to reheat the tank after use.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
