Cozy renovated loft located in Milan, in one of the city’s most sought-after residential areas. Just a short walk away is the new Blue Metro Line (M4), while a pleasant 15-minute walk will take you to some of Milan’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Arch of Peace and Parco Sempione.



The location makes the property unique, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and vibrant city life, as well as excellent connections to the rest of the city.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
