The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building (no elevator), in a calm and refined neighborhood of Cascais known for its green surroundings and relaxed atmosphere.
It’s a comfortable base for families or groups who want space, light and a peaceful setting while staying close to the ocean and the town.

The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds.

Two bedrooms have direct access to balconies, while the third connects to a bright enclosed balcony (sunroom), a peaceful corner filled with natural light, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a quiet moment during the day.

There are two full bathrooms in the apartment:

• One bathroom with shower
• One bathroom with bathtub and shower

￫ Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use and longer stays.

￫ Self-Catered Accommodation
The accommodation is self-catered. Some basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

￫ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, one additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Additional cleaning services or linen and towel changes can be requested during the stay at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. One set of keys will be provided. The lockbox may be used during the stay if the keys need to be shared between guests.

￫ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys back in the lockbox.

￫ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of lost keys, an additional penalty may apply.

￫ Noise Monitoring
The property is equipped with noise monitoring sensors to help maintain a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors. These devices measure decibel levels only; they do not record audio or use cameras, ensuring complete privacy.

￫ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

￫ Long Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

Check-in and Check-out

• Please confirm your expected check-in time as soon as possible so we can prepare everything for your stay.
• Flexible check-in and check-out may be possible upon prior request, depending on the apartment’s availability and subject to approval.
• Early check-in: €25 fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-out: €25 fee (subject to availability)

Cleaning and Linen

• Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
• The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers check-out cleaning only.
• For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost.
• For stays longer than 7 nights, one additional set of bed linen will be provided.
• The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning team. If anything does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We will be happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Other Important Rules

• Please ensure that you meet all travel requirements (passport, visa, etc.) and are aware of any possible restrictions.
• A baby cot and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee of €25.
• Quiet hours in Portugal are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• The apartment is located in a residential area, therefore parties or activities that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed.
• Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of lost keys, an additional penalty may apply.
• As Cascais is a city in constant development, construction work may occasionally take place nearby (or in the building) without prior notice.
