Oeiras Modern and Spacious Flat

Located just a few meters from the beach and Paço de Arcos Train Station, this spacious apartment is the ideal place for a trip with family or group of friends. Just 15 minutes by train from Lisbon city center, it is also a great alternative for business trips and getting to know to city away from its hustle.

￫ Building
The apartment is located in the basement of an older building which, as such, has its own particularities, such as a low-power electrical system and can be more susceptible to moisture-related challenges.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has a walk-in closet.

￫ Living/Dining Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, dining table for 6, and plenty of natural lighting.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two interior (no windows) bathrooms with shower.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso Coffee Machine (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ The apartment cannot have the water heater and other equipment on at the same time. The water heater consumes a lot of energy and this can affect the light to drop. The ideal is whenever you leave the house, turn on the boiler to recharge.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.


CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
