Villa Nausika spans 189.08 sq.m. across two levels, featuring four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area, and a large terrace with a private pool and jacuzzi. The villa’s modern and minimal design, complemented by wooden ceilings and stone walls, creates a warm and inviting ambiance. The outdoor area includes a dining table for eight, a lounge set, and a BBQ, all overlooking the stunning Falassarna beach.

Villa Alkinoos, slightly more intimate at 118.83 sq.m., offers two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds that can be combined into a double. This villa also features a modern open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to a terrace with an infinity pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor amenities include a shaded lounge area, dining space for four, and a gas BBQ, all framed by the breathtaking sea views.

Together, Villas Nausika and Alkinoos provide ample space, privacy, and luxurious facilities for up to 12 guests. Each villa boasts satellite TVs, air conditioning, washing machines, and premium bedding for maximum comfort. The complex’s location near Falassarna allows easy access to pristine beaches, local tavernas, and authentic Cretan experiences.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking for all of our guests.

The property can host 15 people if needed at the extra cost of €35 per person per night after the 12th guest.

We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
