The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 Double rooms and 2 Single rooms.

It unfolds over three levels:

- The upper level includes three bedrooms with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and a large family bathroom.
- The ground floor features a comfortable and chic living room designed to offer a pleasant and relaxing flow of indoor and outdoor living with privacy and tranquility.
- The lower floor consists of two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is one additional bedroom and bathroom on this floor that have been specially adapted for guests with additional needs or disabilities.
