The villa is lovely - not quite as salubrious as the photos but lovely just the same. We were a party of 4 and it was just right for us . Great week in Skiathos - a nice flat walk to tavernas and beach which takes about 20minuts - 10 minute drive to Skiathos town .

Lovely property in a quiet private area. Sofia the host went out of her way to help us which was appreciated! The pool was fantastic and plenty of areas to sit outside in either the sun or in shade. The property is a good 20 min walk to the main road with plenty of great taverns, bars and a supermarket, would recommend to hire a car to make getting around easier. There is also a great and frequent bus service on the island that allows for seeing many of the beaches.

Sofia and Costa very welcoming and helpful, very good host. the location of the villa allowed to totally unwind and relax. Loved the pool and it’s privacy

Lovely time

Our stay in the villa was wonderful . Sofia is a great host and couldn’t do enough for us. Pool is wonderful, area quiet with a 15 minute walk to the taverna .

Fantastic villa and host

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Sofia is a wonderful host and she couldn’t have been any more helpful. The villa was perfect for our needs as a family. Clean, spacious and a great pool. Quiet location with plenty of privacy. We will be back.

really happy with our holiday! the villa/s are beautiful, everything you could need if you wanted to stay in for your holiday but also close enough to places if you wanted to go out too! Sofia is a great host and is there if you need her but was happy to leave us if we didn’t. we can’t wait to see her again next year

Amazing stay at this Greek Villa

Everything from beginning to end of our stay was excellent. The communication with the host was easy and very helpful. The villa was up the street from the main road and very quiet. There were actually plenty of restaurants to choose from once near the main road. The beds were super comfortable, well equipped kitchen and very clean house overall. We loved the pool that we could retreat to every day after a hard day at the beach One of the best vrbo s we have ever stayed. We would highly recommend to stay here and we would love to return one day .

Great Villa & host

The villa was beautiful and we really enjoyed our family week away, the only downside for us was the large family bedroom downstairs didnt have air conditioning and was really hot for the babies to settle - this wasnt stated in the description

We were fairly disappointed with the villa. It could have been a lot cleaner. We were not offered a bed change so after 5 nights we stripped the bed and requested clean bedding. In hotels your bed is changed after 3 nights. The kettle was not very clean and needed a descale it should have been cleaned after previous occupancy. There was no air conditioning downstairs so you had to sit outside in the evening as it was too hot, or go upstairs to air con. The downstairs lighting was very bright as you had to have lounge and dining areas on together. We requested the kitchen light to be working and it just needed a bulb replacement but lights should be checked at changeover. The sun-beds were not as pictured they were metal not wooden and had no mattresses. So our plans to stay at the villa pool for the morning were changed and we went out for the day instead. We used the pool a couple of late afternoon’s when returning to shower and go out to eat. Sofia is a very nice lady but we will not be returning. We can only assume the photos are not recent so can be misleading.

Overall experience was good. There are a few things that could be better such as: pool cleanliness, poor or no internet (even phone signal coverage) downstairs, no air conditioner downstairs and in the main room, the water is not constantly warm when you taking a shower.

Skithos home

Overall we had a great stay. The house is spacious and pool area is great for a relaxing day. Ants were an issue and the dishwasher not working other then that I would give the stay a 5 star rating. Sofia was amazing from the start. She goes above and beyond to help you.

Amazing villa, Skiathos

Amazing villa in beautiful area. A big thank you to Sofia who was a perfect host - met us at the airport and helped organise transfer back to the villa, helped us with car hire, excellent communication, laundry etc. etc! The villa was perfect for us as a family of 5 - the pool area is fantastic. It is really well situated, only about 20 mins drive from the airport and Skiathos town and close to some lovely beaches. Hope to return soon, we are missing it already! Many thanks again, Mark, Martine & family

Perfect Week in Skiathos

This was our first ever visit to Skiathos and we all loved our week in the villa. We were lucky to have a hire care so we could use the villas location to visit many of the lovely beaches and many visits to Skiathos Town (about 15mins) but it was also a lovely 20 minute walk down to the main road (bus stop) and beach with the nearest supermarket and restaurant (Calma) being only a 10 minute walk. Our host Sophia could not have been any more helpful, meeting us at the airport (and return also), doing some laundry and basically being 'on call' whenever needed, she really is a star.

Lovely Villa

We stayed on the Villa for 9 nights, it was lovely, perfect for a family of 4. The kids loved the pool. It is a good position to explore the island, off the main road at bus stop 16. We had a car, which I think you need, you can walk to restaurants but it would be a good 20 minute walk, further to the beach. We only used the upstairs bedrooms, the bedroom on the bottom floor is large but there is no air con which you need in July. The outside bbq area is lovely, it is a stone built bbq, with a large dining table. Internet was fine, sometimes hit and miss but we managed to watch streamed films on it. Sofia was great, she met us at the airport, anytime I had a query she responded very quickly. I would book again. We visited Kolios beach which is close by, that was lovely, the Beach House did really good food.

No barbecue as advertised no iron that was working beds and towels changed once in two weeks handles falling off doors no WiFi for 5 days no communication nobody on the entire island know this place as repos villas including cab drivers we didn’t let it ruin our holiday but very dissatisfied overall

Family Holiday

Villa very nice, pool area excellent. Thank goodness Sophia met us at Bus Stop 16 - would never have found the villa. Definite need a car. A good 20 minute hot walk to main road then another 15 mins to nearest beach. Mailstrali restaurant excellent service & food. Lithos next door good. Villa shame no washing machine, even though Sophia did a load. Air conditioning needed for lounge & downstairs bedroom. Few minor repairs needed - main shower tray leaks, pool tiles coming off. Nothing to detract from still having a fab holiday. If you need BBQ charcoal - Shell petrol station the only place we found that sold it! Supermarkets don’t sell it bizarrely! Would definitely come back. Sophia very nice & accomodating. Let us stay later as we had a late flight.

Family holiday May 2024

We were very impressed with the villa. The large pool and sunbed area was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. The whole villa is nicely decorated and spacious for a relaxing family getaway. Sofia is lovely and met us at the airport to show us the way to the villa. She kindly let us check out later due to our evening flight home. The villa has an open plan living area that leads out to the pool. There are comfortable sofas and a tv, a dining table for 6 and a kitchen area with a good cooking hob, oven and a microwave. Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms, one double and one twin and a bathroom. The stairs from the living area may be unsuitable for very young children. The lower ground floor has more space with a double bed and another bathroom. It is nice and cool down there. The villa is located a 20 minute stroll from bus stop 16 and Agia Paraskevi beach. Close to the bus stop are some nice restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets. We ate at Jimmy’s Taverna and Mesostrata. Just 10 minutes walk from the villa are some restaurants/tavernas and a small shop - we visited the Dream House cafe and Calma restaurant. All had good food and a friendly service. Agia Paraskevi is a nice beach with crystal clear waters and a small shop selling drinks, ice creams etc.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa residenza per 10 giorni e tutto è stato perfetto!La location è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità delle colline di Skiathos, a pochi minuti dal centro e vicinissima a taverne e ristoranti tipici. La casa è meravigliosa, dotata di ogni comfort e grandi spazi esterni.Sofia, la proprietaria della Villa ha reso il tutto ancora più speciale grazie alla sua gentilezza disponibilità e solarità! Possiamo dire che in questa vacanza la realtà ha superato le aspettative

Perfection

The villa was absolutely fantastic, had everything you could need. It was positioned in a beautiful quiet location which was perfect for us. The pool and outside kitchen were a dream to use and enjoy. Overall one of the best holidays I've ever had.

Amazing Villa in beautiful Skiathos!

Sofia was absolutely fantastic- she cleared up issues with payment and even collected us and our luggage from the airport! The villa was cleaned to a high standard and Sofia even did our laundry for us- she was so helpful and generous! The villa is beautiful and in a great location to explore the island near to the coast road and many beaches as well as only a short drive to skiathos town. We will be back!!!! Thank you, Sofia for a fabulous holiday.
