The vacation and short-stay apartment "Dimora Costa Sud" is located in Bari just 950 meters from the Regional Council building and 750 meters from the Palaflorio sports complex.
The solution is easily accessible by car given the proximity to the ring road and thanks to the convenient fenced and assigned parking space. In addition, about 190 m away is the CS Polivalente bus stop.
The location is convenient for visiting Bari: the center is only 4 km away, the San Nicola stadium about 8 km, and Pane Pomodoro beach is only 4.2 km away. From here you can easily reach all the main tourist resorts such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Matera.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- Heating in the winter months with a supplement of 5 euros per day.
- Apartment on the fifth floor of a building with a lift.
