The apartment is located on the UPPER FLOOR of Villa Bentivegna and is accessible via an internal staircase (NO elevator available).
The villa is composed of two apartments:
• one on the ground floor
• one on the upper floor, entirely reserved for our guests.
The ground-floor unit is rarely occupied; in any case, each apartment enjoys privacy and independence, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.
All areas described in the listing are for your complete and exclusive use.

As in many coastal and countryside areas of Sicily, mosquitoes may be present during the summer months, especially in the evening hours.
We recommend keeping the windows closed in the evening and, if desired, using personal insect repellents.
• Beach and neighbourhood during high season:
During the central summer months, the beach and surrounding homes may be busier.
Despite this, the house maintains privacy and independence, set within an orderly and quiet residential context.
• Distance Home → Renella Beach:
Renella Beach can be reached in a few minutes also on foot.
The route includes a downhill walk on the way there and an uphill walk on the way back: feasible, but to be carefully considered especially during the hottest hours.
For greater comfort and freedom of movement, a car remains the most practical solution, especially in summer.

After booking, you will receive:
• the Tourist Rental Contract to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental contracts (Law 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
• the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the police authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).
🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):
Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be complied with according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained at check-in.
🚫 Waste must never be left inside the house for any reason.
🕗 Every evening, you must place the bins with the bags outside the gate, following the indicated calendar.
🚭 SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including electronic cigarettes). Smoke detectors are present and will trigger the alarm.
✅ Smoking is permitted on the veranda/outdoor areas.
🔑⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
The apartment's electrical system is controlled by a small key connected to the house keys. When you leave, this key must be removed, thus deactivating the electricity throughout the apartment, except for the refrigerator and kitchen appliances. This system is designed to ensure safety and energy sustainability.
🩴 CLEAN YOUR FEET WHEN RETURNING FROM THE BEACH:
When returning from the beach, it is mandatory to thoroughly clean your feet before entering the house and climbing the stairs.
Sand on the stairs can cause slipping and compromise your safety.
