Welcome to our cosy and thoughtfully designed studio in Edinburgh, which comfortably accommodates up to two guests and is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a peaceful base while exploring Edinburgh. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and, as this is a studio layout, the space is arranged entirely as a bedroom, creating a simple and relaxing environment to unwind after a day out.
All areas of the studio are private for your exclusive use. You will find a compact kitchenette equipped with an electric hob and an air fryer, perfect for preparing light meals during your stay, although please note there is no oven. The dining area is neatly incorporated into the bedroom, with a table and seating for two. The modern bathroom includes an electric walk-in shower, offering a refreshing start or end to your day.
The studio is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible with no stairs or lift required. This makes arrival and departure straightforward and convenient, especially for guests with luggage.
Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Free public on-street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no designated spaces, and guests are kindly asked not to park in front of any driveways. Please note that the driveway on the property side is reserved exclusively for the main property.
The surrounding area offers excellent access to Edinburgh’s highlights. You can easily reach the city centre to explore historic attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and Princes Street, as well as enjoy the city’s renowned restaurants, cafés, and shops. Nearby green spaces provide lovely options for walks, while good transport links make it easy to discover charming neighbourhoods, museums, galleries, and scenic viewpoints across the city.
Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
