Located in Soiano del Lago, on the hills with a stunning panoramic view of the lake, this spacious two-bedroom apartment in a residence with a swimming pool is perfect for hosting up to 6 guests.

The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room, is situated on the ground floor and features a beautiful covered porch with lake view and a large private garden.



Inside, it consists of a large living room with two sofas, one of which converts into a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and a separate fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, and toaster.

From the living room windows, you can access the splendid covered porch with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, as well as a comfortable lounge area with sofas from which to admire Lake Garda.



The apartment continues with the master bedroom featuring a double bed and wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet, and a second bedroom with two single beds.



The bright and quiet apartment is completed by a private garage (dimensions: width 2.40m, length 5.40m, height 2.65m) suitable for one car. Additional uncovered parking spaces are available within the residence.



A washing machine with iron and ironing board is at guests’ disposal.



The residence pool is available from May 15th to September 30th.

Guests may request a baby cot and a high chair at an extra cost of €5 per night each.

Pets are not allowed.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all necessary instructions to access the accommodation independently.

Upon arrival or shortly before, payment of the tourist tax may be required, according to local regulations.
