Perfectly positioned near the picturesque towns of Poreč, Vrsar, Novigrad, and Rovinj, it offers easy access to golden beaches, historic sites, and vibrant local markets.



This luxurious retreat features a private outdoor pool, relaxing jacuzzi, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for creating lasting memories. Relax in the living area with its comfortable seating and flat-screen TV, plus air conditioning throughout and high-speed Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, you'll find one bedroom along with a laundry room featuring washer/dryer, extra sink, and guest toilet.



Upstairs, three more spacious bedrooms provide ample space for everyone. Step out to the first-floor terrace with its lounge set for ultimate relaxation, or head to the expansive ground terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue grill, and outdoor sink for al fresco dining. Free on-site parking is available on the property grounds.

The village atmosphere is welcoming and safe, creating a relaxed environment for your (family) vacation. For day trips, you’ll find cultural sites, wineries, and cycling routes all around the area, and the lively seaside town of Poreč offers shopping, cafés, and historic sights only a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Villa Fiducia is perfectly situated in the quiet village of Labinci, just a 15‑minute drive from the beaches and the historic old town of Poreč. A small grocery store and bakery are within walking distance, and larger supermarkets and seaside restaurants can be reached in about 10–15 minutes by car. Having a car is the best way to explore the region — the nearby Istrian motorway connects you easily to Rovinj (40 minutes), Motovun (25 minutes), and Pula (50 minutes). Free private parking is available on site, and Pula Airport is about an hour’s drive away.
