The spacious flat Lara is equipped with AC units, smart TVs, very comfortable bedrooms and a big terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your breakfast, lay in the sun or read a book. Apartment Lara offers perfect vacation for families or pairs seeking for relaxation, rest and adventures as well! The Apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood above Icici Beach, and close to the lovely Lungomare Promenade. The advantages are numerous, the big one is the panoramic view you can enjoy from the rooftop swimming pool. As well, all the things you can see are famous touristic destinations which are reachable within an hour from Icici. The Apartment has two big designed bedrooms with new furniture, - every bedroom has it's own bathroom! Big closets, a very well equipped kitchen with a dish washer. The living room is very roomy and has lots of light because of the terrace in front with a side sea view. Bed sheets and towels are provided in the Apartment. The house is set in the most beautiful neighborhood of Opatija, - in Icici, surrounded with sea and relaxing greenery. It's a 5 minute drive down to the beach and the famous Lungomare Promenade. Medveja and Moscenicka draga beach are approx 15 minutes with car to reach, and Opatija center in 8 minutes by car. The house as well the flat has a private entrance. On your arrival, you gain a key to access the swimming pool on the rooftop. The building has a private parking lot. Available for the guests anytime.
