Situated slightly uphill above Icici beach, the building provides breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding area.
A leisurely 10-minute walk downhill takes you to the mentioned beach, while the uphill walk is around 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can drive down in just two minutes, making it convenient for families with young children or those who prefer not to walk.
