Two inviting bedrooms provide a restful night’s sleep: one with a king-size bed, the other with twins, both equipped with TVs and ample storage. They share a modern family bathroom.

Whether you’re surfing the waves, building sandcastles, or enjoying a leisurely paddle, it’s a beach for everyone. Beyond the shoreline, Woolacombe village offers a friendly, laid-back vibe, while nearby gems include the dramatic coastal paths of Morte Point and Baggy Point, the picturesque harbour town of Ilfracombe (6 miles), and the rugged beauty of Exmoor National Park. For golf enthusiasts, the championship links course at Saunton is only 7 miles away.

Bedroom 1: King size bedroom with hanging rail, chest of drawers, bedsides, and TV.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two single beds, hanging rail and bedside, and TV.
Family Bathroom : Bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
Utility area in garage: Housing washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and a wet room. Storage and drying area in garage (external access only).

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
