This cosy and bright flat is just a few steps from El Cotillo beach and is an ideal choice for couples or small groups of up to three guests looking for comfort, a good layout and a prime location in one of the most authentic areas of Fuerteventura. It is an exterior property, well designed and thought out to enjoy both the interior and the outdoor space, perfect for a relaxing getaway by the sea.
The apartment features a main bedroom with a queen-size bed, large wardrobes, and a window that fills the room with natural light, as well as an en-suite bathroom and ceiling fan for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room, creating a comfortable and functional space. The living area includes a sofa bed, 55â Smart TV, dining table, and a cozy atmosphere for enjoying relaxing moments.
From the living room, you can access a small chill-out terrace with comfortable outdoor sofas and a table, a perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the islandâs climate, and watch unforgettable sunsets. The bathroom is modern, with a shower and full amenities. The apartment stands out for its warm and bright ambiance and offers a unique and well-organized space.
The property enjoys an excellent location, well-connected by road and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and services, making it easy to explore the northern part of Fuerteventura.
