Private off-street parking for one car is an enviable asset in this small village.

Comprising of: Bedroom 1: King size bed Bedroom 2: Double bed Bedroom 3: Single bed (small room) Bedroom 4: Cot (cot bed sized room)Upstairs the house has four rooms and a family bathroom. The largest bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks the road and small village green beyond. The second bedroom, with the same aspect has a small double bed. To the rear of the property overlooking the pretty lawned garden is a single room, ideal for a child and there is a very small fourth bedroom overlooking the garden with a cot in it. This fourth room can only be used by an infant. All four rooms share the family bathroom with over bath shower and there is an additional WC downstairs.

The living area enjoys plenty of comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove. Its a the real heart of the house, rivalled only by the cosy cottage kitchen next door. The house is furnished to a very comfortable standard and enjoys with Wifi, TV and a practical utility room through which the secure rear garden is accessed. A lovely place for small children to play the garden is mostly lawn with a paved patio area to the rear with seating and BBQ. Cygnet Cottage will accept one well behaved dog and there is private parking for one car to the side of the house.
