La Bella Estate by Barbarhouse

La Bella Estate is an ancient mansion brought back to life and made a comfortable luxury vacation home, located in the center of Nardò, among the most precious historical centers of Salento.
The palace is equipped with all modern amenities: air conditioning in all rooms, heating, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc.
Large and spacious, the building La Bella Estate can accommodate up to 9 people. Pets are allowed.

La Bella Estate preserves the main features of Apulian architecture of noble palaces.
The
historic palace, after a careful restoration and a refined choice of
contemporary design for the furniture, now presents itself as a cozy
dwelling with every modern comfort.
 
The mansion is spread over two floors, introduced by a traditional entrance courtyard.
The interior consists of: a large living room, a spacious kitchen with an island for cooking, 3 bedrooms with bathroom on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with bathroom on the second floor.
The
rooms are actually real suites, bright, colorful and airy, complete
with eclectic, contemporary-style furnishings. All rooms have en-suite
showers, well designed and integrated into the surroundings.
One
of the ground floor rooms is a triple, with a French bed on a mezzanine.
All suites are complete with curtains and mosquito nets.
The exteriors are also exclusive, developed in a play of terraces on several levels,
furnished to enjoy absolute relaxation and sunbathing with views over
the rooftops of the Baroque old town, churches and the castle of Nardò.
All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with heaters.

Bella Estate is a solution for relaxing vacations, dropped into an
atmosphere of yesteryear. in fact, the historic center of Nardò is one
of the most beautiful and authentic in Salento.
Here the beauty of
the Lecce stone and the magic of the Baroque have created golden
suggestions in the shadow of which it is beautiful to walk, in the quiet
of ancient alleys, discovering typical small restaurants.
La Bella Estate is just a short walk from Piazza Salandra and allows you to walk to all the main services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bedroom doesn't have AC.
