1 Alberni Cottage is a fresh upside-down house on a quiet private road in Hope Cove, just a gentle 3-minute walk from the beach via the private gate at the bottom of the garden.

Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms both with double beds and two bathrooms – a family bathroom with full-size bath and handheld shower hose, plus a separate bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs is the bright open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, with doors opening onto the small balcony offering lovely sea glimpses over the rooftops the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, large fridge-freezer, microwave and everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay.

Downstairs, step outside to the sunny deck with outdoor dining table and chairs, then onto the large private lawn. At the far end is the gate that leads straight down the footpath to the beach – no roads to cross.

Parking for two cars right outside the front door, a real rarity in this part of Hope Cove.
