Inside, the large living room is perfect for relaxing evenings, centred around a cosy log burner. A separate dining room offers a more formal setting for meals, with French doors opening onto the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room features a characterful range fireplace and leads through to a snug TV room, ideal for quieter moments or children’s entertainment. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms comprising a twin, a double and a king-size room with en-suite bathroom, alongside a separate family bathroom. Outside, the generous rear garden backs onto woodland and features a hot tub and large patio with seating for al fresco dining. To the front, an enclosed field provides a safe and secure space for dogs and outdoor play, with the cottage welcoming up to two dogs.

The surrounding area offers an excellent variety of attractions and days out. Just 2 miles away, Stourport-on-Severn is known for its riverside walks, traditional fairground, canal basins, cafés and boat trips along the River Severn. Nearby Bewdley, only 3 miles away, is a charming Georgian town with independent shops, riverside pubs and access to the Severn Valley Railway, where heritage steam trains run through beautiful countryside. Families will love being close to West Midlands Safari Park, around a 15-minute drive away, offering unforgettable wildlife encounters and theme park rides. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the Wyre Forest, with miles of walking and cycling trails, while the Malvern Hills provide spectacular scenery further afield. With something for everyone, Forresters Cottage is a wonderful base for discovering Worcestershire and beyond.
