• Tourist tax - €3 per day, per person, for the first 7 nights

• Cleaning fee - €500 per stay

• Late check-in - €200 from 10 PM to 2AM

We are pleased to host events and to assist with the full setup, including tailored meals prepared exclusively by our certified Chefs — the only personnel authorized to access the villa. Prior approval is required for any event; unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.

Accessibility

Due to the presence of stairways throughout the property, the Villa may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
