THINGS TO KNOW

Home Holidays is a former guesthouse recently restored by the architect Pietro Castagna - known for having worked on many important projects on Lake Como, furnishing villas and hotels, which guarantees high-level comfort and design. The property consists of four suites - Silvia on the 1st floor, Giulia on the 2nd floor, Anita on the 3rd floor and Diletta on the 4th floor, which can also be booked individually. All the suites are accessible by lift directly inside the house. Please note that there is a shared terrace, which may be used by other guests if one or more suites are booked separately, whereas Suite Diletta features an additional private terrace. Moreover, all suites are accessible by lift and offer lake views, except for Suite Silvia. Worth noting is the frescoed ceiling of Suite Giulia, dating back to the eighteenth century and perfectly preserved. Moreover, it is useful to know that the property is about one hundred metres from the port and can therefore be easily reached by ferry and parking is conveniently available nearby - you can also purchase daily tickets from the municipality for only €3.50.

The room is located within a boutique hotel with an intimate and contemporary concept, designed to offer a refined stay free from traditional hotel constraints.

The experience is inspired by a high-end holiday home, with no reception and no breakfast service, ensuring maximum privacy, autonomy, and flexibility.

Access is primarily via self check-in; in some cases, a person may be present to welcome guests, offered as an added value rather than a guaranteed service.
