The property includes two bedrooms â one double and one with two single beds â a main bathroom with window, WC, washbasin, shower and bathtub, plus a second smaller bathroom equipped with WC, bidet and washbasin. The living area features a cosy lounge with kitchenette and access to a small parterre terrace with table and seating, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The kitchenette is fully equipped for your holiday in the Dolomites and includes a dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, cookware, tableware and cutlery.
The apartment is entirely located on the ground floor and requires climbing only a couple of steps to access, ensuring easy and practical entry.
Free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay.

The ski bus takes you straight to Piazza SantâAntonio, where the cable cars to Alpe di Siusi and Seceda depart â ideal gateways to the legendary Sellaronda in the Dolomiti Superski. The Palmer slopes for children are also easily reachable with the skibus. Whether travelling with family or friends, this is the ideal location for your winter holiday in Val Gardena.
In summer, the public bus stop in front of the house allows you to reach not only the lifts of Ortisei, Alpe di Siusi and Seceda, but also the entire Val Gardena and its UNESCO World Heritage hiking trails.
Just a few steps away lies the famous pedestrian and cycling path of the former Val Gardena railway. A short walk brings you to a beautiful playground with panoramic Dolomite views, perfect for families.
The house offers several amenities for your stay: washing machine, ski storage with boot dryer, one outdoor parking space, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of ⏠15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax and the toruist tax, aswell as the check-in.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to where they were retrieved, otherwise 50⏠will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
