It also benefits from direct access to a cycle route that goes all the way to Caernarfon and fishing rights on the river that flows through the land.

Ground Floor

The large farmhouse kitchen offers a very welcoming atmosphere as you walk in to this beautiful Porthmadog self catering cottage. It features an oil-fired AGA and also includes a retro Smeg fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Large table with a long bench, 3 chairs, cushioned wall seating and a wall mounted digital TV.

Cosy double bedroom with an antique iron bed, built in handmade wardrobes, bedside cabinets and plenty of books.

Spacious twin bedroom with large handmade wardrobes, books to browse and a comfortable armchair for reading.

The family bathroom includes a large country style bath with hand held shower, oak and slate floor, toilet and basin.

Large comfortable sofa and armchair around a welcoming multi-fuel stove and a large digital TV / DVD player. Antique oak chest, writing table and wall lined book shelves – the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or a cup of tea.

Garden

Oak stable doors lead out from the kitchen to the lawned garden, immediately outside your Porthmadog self catering cottage. This beautiful enclosed garden includes a table and chairs for you to enjoy the private, secluded setting.
