The Priory East Gate

Enter through the grand doorway into a reception hall where historic stone arches meet contemporary style. The living room, with its dramatic fireplace, high ceilings and large windows, offers an inviting space for relaxation and connection. A modern kitchen with premium appliances flows into a spacious dining area perfect for gatherings. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms include a primary super-king suite with en-suite, two additional super-king suites and a twin room, all blending period charm with modern comfort. A private patio extends the living space outdoors for peaceful mornings or evening drinks.

The Priory West Gate

Step through the arched entrance into a home that feels both grand and welcoming. The living area centres on a statement fireplace with soft lighting and comfortable seating, while the modern kitchen combines timeless style with contemporary convenience, opening to a spacious dining area. Upstairs, three super-king bedrooms, two with en-suites, offer serene comfort and elegant detailing, complemented by a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, a private terrace provides a peaceful spot amid landscaped grounds.

The Suites

Located between the two Gatehouses, four individually designed suites offer restful accommodation for couples or additional guests. Each suite features a king-size bed with soft linens and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and refined fittings. Designed without kitchen facilities, the suites provide a sense of quiet, boutique luxury - perfect for guests who value privacy and comfort.

Make your stay at St Osyth Priory Estate truly magical with a private 45-minute visit from Father Christmas to your luxury cottage for an additional £300. Before bedtime, he'll bring festive cheer by reading a heartwarming story, chatting with your children about their wishes, posing for photos, and presenting their gifts (provided by you in advance). This exclusive experience, available at select cottages, is the perfect way to create cherished Christmas memories for your family. Honesty shop

On-site, there's a self-service honesty shop offering locally produced food, drinks and essentials (logs, yoga-mats, games) for your stay.

Relax in nature

The estate offers an outdoor sauna, cold shower and ice bath (available to book privately), seasonal allotments and friendly chickens, ideal for unwinding amidst nature.

Outdoor dining

Guests can enjoy al-fresco meals around the firepit or pizza-oven overlooking the deer park; the area can also be reserved for exclusive private hire.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
