Designed with large families or groups of friends in mind, these accommodations let you share your trip while keeping your own private space — each has its own independent entrance so you can stay “together, but not on top of each other.”

One apartment features a separate bedroom, Smart TV, and a cozy living-dining area with a high-quality sofa bed (18 cm thick mattress) and a second Smart TV.

The other apartment is a loft-style space with a bedroom area that includes the same queen-size bed, partially separated by a wall for added privacy, blending seamlessly with the dining and kitchen area — and also features the same high-quality sofa bed.

Both bedrooms are equipped with exceptionally comfortable 150 cm beds, while the living areas include premium sofa beds with 18 cm thick mattresses.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay: kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and more. You’ll also find kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, a welcome pack, and a set of basic condiments.

In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 (Spain), we are required to collect identification details from all guests.
To comply with this regulation, please send us the following documents prior to your arrival:

A photocopy of the ID card or passport for each guest (both sides if it’s an ID card).
For minors under 14, the accompanying adult must provide the child’s details and their relationship.
Full residential address, including city, postal code, and country.
Thank you for your cooperation in complying with Spanish law and ensuring a safe and pleasant stay.

Construction Notice
Next to the building, there is currently construction underway for a new building. We know this isn’t ideal for total daytime tranquility, and unfortunately, it’s beyond our control.
Some noise may be noticeable during the day, but Valencia’s endless attractions will likely keep you exploring — and at night, you’ll rest like an angel in our comfortable and welcoming apartment.

Care Recommendations
To make your stay more pleasant and help preserve linens and towels in the best condition, please follow these guidelines:

Bed linen: Please use bed sheets and pillowcases correctly to protect the mattress and pillows.
Towels: Intended only for drying after a bath or shower. Please do not use them for makeup removal, cleaning shoes, or any other purpose.
Makeup removal: Bring your own products or use cotton pads for makeup removal.
Please note that if stains cannot be removed due to misuse, a replacement fee will be applied.

House Rules
To maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests:

On rainy days or if shoes are very dirty, please remove them before entering.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
No parties or events allowed.
Only registered guests are permitted inside the property.

We inform you that, in case of non-compliance with any of the following rules, the following sanctions will be applied:

Hosting unregistered guests: €200
Smoking or vaping inside: €300
Use of illegal substances: €300
Lost keys: €200
Leaving the apartment without returning the key to the lockbox after check-out: €500
