The apartment has a separate and spacious bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed of 160 cm, hotel-quality bedding, and an atmosphere designed for a deep and restful sleep. The living area offers a comfortable Italian sofa bed of 140 cm, with a mattress of 18 cm thickness, ideal for both relaxing and accommodating more guests in total comfort. The Smart TV and careful indirect lighting complete a perfect space to disconnect after a day in the city.

The designer kitchen, integrated and fully equipped, stands out for its clean lines, modern finishes, and functional details that facilitate both short and long stays. The set is complemented by continuous floors with an elegant finish, large curtains that filter natural light, and a sober decoration that transmits calm and spaciousness.

The shower room is a true haven of calm and contemporary design. Lined with elegant slate green tiles, it creates a modern and enveloping atmosphere that invites relaxation from the first moment. The large rain shower, with brushed gold finish taps, adds a touch of discreet luxury and turns the daily routine into a spa-like experience.

Our accommodation is located on one of the main avenues of the vibrant city of Valencia, in a strategic location that will allow you to enjoy everything this wonderful city has to offer.

We are excellently connected thanks to multiple bus lines, including the circular C3 that passes practically by the door and will take you comfortably to any corner of Valencia. A few meters away you will also find the tram stop, which will take you directly to the best-known beaches, such as La Malvarrosa or Patacona.

In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force in Spain, we are obliged to register the information of all our travelers. To comply with this regulation, we kindly ask you to send us the following documentation before your arrival:

Photocopy of the identity document of each guest. If it is an identity card, the photocopy must include both sides.
For children under 14 years of age, the information must be provided by the accompanying adult, indicating the degree of kinship.
Full address of habitual residence, including town, postal code and country.
We appreciate your collaboration to comply with current regulations and ensure a safe and pleasant stay.

We would like to inform you in advance that the construction of a new building is taking place next to the building. We understand that this may not be ideal for enjoying total tranquility during the day, and unfortunately we cannot avoid it. It is possible that, at some hours, you may hear some noise coming from the construction site.

However, we know that this will not be an inconvenience for you, as Valencia is a vibrant city full of wonderful tourist attractions. We are sure that you will be so busy discovering its charms during the day that you will hardly notice the noise, and at night you will be able to rest like a true angel in the comfort and warmth of our apartment.

To make your stay more comfortable and help keep the bedding and towels in good condition, we ask that you follow these recommendations:

Bedding: Use the sheets and pillowcases correctly to protect the mattress and pillows.
Towels: They are only for drying yourself after a bath or shower. Please do not use them to remove makeup, clean shoes or other uses that may damage them.
Makeup removal: We recommend bringing specific products or using makeup remover pads to remove makeup.
Please note that, in case of incorrect use and if as a result there are stains that cannot be removed, we will be forced to apply a penalty to cover the replacement costs.

We would like to remind you that we strive to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests. Therefore, we appreciate you complying with the house rules.
HOUSE RULES

It is recommended that if the day is rainy or your shoes are very dirty, you access the apartment barefoot.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Access to the apartment is not allowed to other people who are not registered in the reservation.
We inform you that, in case of non-compliance with any of the following rules, the following penalties will be applied:

Staying with unregistered people: €200
Smoking or vaping inside the accommodation: €300
Consuming narcotic substances: €300
Loss of keys: €200
Leaving the accommodation without the key in the safe after check-out: €500
